Tangela W. Johnson is the president of North Georgia Corporate Consulting (NGCC). Tangela is an organizational development consultant, a facilitator, and an executive coach. She works closely with business leaders to create high-performing, engaged cultures where creativity, accountability, teamwork, and excellence can flourish. She is gifted at providing relationship re-engineering and interventions that help organizations identify and resolve issues, so they can achieve greater business outcomes. She has a bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia and a master’s degree from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She sees community service as a part of good stewardship. She serves on several boards including: Georgia’s Department of Early Care and Learning, Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Launch of Chattanooga, and she is Chair of the Dalton-Whitfield Library Board. She is the founder of Stilettos and Grace Network, a networking and mentoring group for women. She has worked as an adjunct faculty member of Dalton State College. Tangela is a 2012 alumnus of the prestigious Leadership Georgia program. She is a Rotarian and a Paul Harris Fellow, and the recipient of the Community Fellowship Church of Ministries Solomon Award of Wisdom.
